Cancel and Replace Styles on Orders

50% of brands’ style changes are caused by drops/cancellations. With JOOR’s Cancel/Replace Styles tool, you can easily cancel, replace and notify buyers of changes to ordered styles. Using the JOOR Cancel Style functionality, you can easily drop styles from any or all of your orders. Using the Replace Style functionality, you can recoup potentially lost revenue by replacing cancelled styles.

To Access the Cancel/Replace Styles Tool:

1. Login to your JOOR Account
2. Navigate to the Orders page (https://jooraccess.com/orders)
3. Select Cancel / Replace Style

To Cancel a Style:

4. Find a style to cancel using one of the following ways:

a. Using the Search & Filter pane, search for a style by style name, number, color and fabrication, fabrication code and color code.

b. You can also filter your search by Linesheet.

c. To find styles not located on a linesheet, select the check-box “Style-colors not on linesheets”.

i. Click “Apply Filters”.

5. Click the bubble next to the style you want to cancel. Click Continue Cancellation

6. If you want to remove the style from all orders, all orders will be selected by default. Alternatively, you can also choose which orders are affected by the style cancellation.

a. Use the Search & Filter pane to find which orders should be affected by the style cancellation. Selected orders will have a check mark in the box at the left edge of the list.

7. Click Review.

8. On the following page, review information about the style to be cancelled, including the number of Orders and Units affected, along with the full list of orders affected and financials relevant to the change.

a. You can choose not to go forward with this cancellation by selecting Return to Orders, or Previous Page.

b. The Export Summary button will download this report as an Excel document.

9. You can notify affected retailers by email, and add a personal message to that email, by clicking the check boxes at the in the top of the page section.

10. If you’re satisfied with your changes, click Submit Cancellation - this will also automatically export a summary report in Excel.

To Replace a Style:

Select a style to cancel by following the above steps 1-4. After selecting styles to cancel, click Choose Replacement.

Step To Replace a Style

 

1. You will see a duplicate of the search feature you used before. Use the Search & Filter pane to choose a replacement style. You can only replace a cancelled style with styles that match the currency, and size(s) of the style you are trying to cancel. Your replacement style does not need to be on the same linesheet as the cancelled style.

a. If your brand has the setting enabled that forces orders to split into different POs by division, this tool won’t allow replacement from a different division.

2. Select the replacement style, and click Continue.

3. If you want to remove the style from all orders, all orders will be selected by default. Alternatively, you can also choose which orders are affected by the style cancellation.

a. Use the Search & Filter pane to find which orders should be affected by the style cancellation. Selected orders will have a check mark in the box at the left edge of the list.

4. Click Review.

5. On the following page, review information about the style to be cancelled and its replacement, including the number of Orders and Units affected, along with the full list of orders affected and financials relevant to the change.
